Has anyone in recent times written better songs that Hiatt, and been covered by others more? I'm struggling with a top 5. Help anyone?

Some time before, I did need to buy a good car for my organization but I did not have enough money and couldn't order something. Thank God my colleague suggested to take the personal loans from reliable creditors. Thus, I acted so and used to be satisfied with my small business loan.
